Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to international shipping. Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside of our control.
